Pending availability and credit verification, you will receive a subsequent e-mail with shipping details.
To be more eco-conscious and to limit our amount of waist, each garment is made to order. Orders placed between Monday and Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 7 to 10 business days.
Pretty Denim is not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. Parcels cannot be rerouted once shipped. Pretty Denim is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged due to shipping.
Parcels will be shipped via Fedex, DHL or Canada Post. These services include insurance with $100 coverage, a tracking number, and a signature required upon delivery.

Express $43: 1 — 2 business days
Standard $15: 1 — 5 business days
Express $57: 1 — 2 business days

Prices of items are as quoted on the website.
Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial taxes.
Shipments outside of Canada are not required to pay Canadian taxes.
International and overseas shipments are subject to local import duties and taxes. These additional charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
We are glad to issue a credit note, exchange or refund for any full price, unworn merchandise with all original tags and packaging, accompanied by the original sales receipt. You have 7 days within receipt of your order to email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your wish to return or exchange your purchase. Once approved, you must return the product to us within 14 days.
